when a provider lists "CID" as a service, what does that mean?

i have found the abbreviation stands for "come in deep" but i am afraid i am dense and still don't quite get it.  cna anyone explain please?

Update:....

As luck would have it I just saw a site for a provider that also mentioned CID and defined it as Come in Deep, I guess refering to oral.
