but if you find a well reviewed gal who offers mutual touch, you can expect a hand job while she lets you touch her body.

She may or may not be naked, but if not she will let you stick your hand up her shirt or up her skirt (or down her pants, depending), and may even allow penetration, but don't count on it.

An extra C note may get you a bit further, but don't try on the first date.
