$ in most massage parlors will get you full service (fs).  you negotiate using hand signals as soon as she touches you! make a grab for her sweet spot. after that negotiations start!

Probably not if she was clear when she said it was for taking her clothes off. But it's possible she was implying something else. Sometimes a girl in a massage may be making gestures (especially Asian girls who's English is not great).
