I generally don't like all the way shaved or trimmed so short that it is stubbly. I have sensitive skin, and it can be very irritating. Not trimmed at all can leave you with a moth full of stray hairs after the bbbj. For me, the perfect balance is trimmed, at maybe the 1/2 inch mark.
