I am thinking of seeing a provider who has over 40 reviews since 2002  but none since october 2006.  Should I still try to she her? she has very nice web site.

I have seen two providers who had reviews but none in the last year and they asked me not to post any reviews of my experience.. I didn't ask them why but I did respect their wishes. Both of them are higher priced ladies so I figured maybe they just want to be low volume and low exposure.. Both were 9+ across the board.

One of my fave providers has been providing since last December but her first review is dated April of this year.

Many, many reasons for time lapses since reviews. For many established providers such as the one you describe it could be as simple as the fact she does not see that many new customers who can review her, or she many not want any more reviews. As long as a nasty review does not pop up, I would go for it.
