Immediately above that it will say "Membership type," which will be "basic", "VIP recurring" or "VIP non recurring," If it is recurring then you are on monthly membership, and your cc will automatically get charged every month, and you don't have to do anything unless you want to cancel the membership. If it says non recurring, then you are on quarterly, annually or on free days from reviews and problem reports. It will expire when you run out of days in your "bank"
