As long as you don't ask about sex for money or specific sex acts you can inquire. But be sure you have read the ad and/or web site. You shouldn't be asking about something they have already answered.
Keep in mind other ladies have daytime responsibilities, a job, etc.. It doesn't hurt to ask if she can accommodate a lunch date, just don't discuss acts or financials.
