Many times when I look at ads on Eros or other websites the gal will mention she is looking for other women to work with.
Also, there are a couple websites that offer services for escorts. Its mostly legal advice but sometimes they have regional boards that help workers hook up with each other so they can talk about advanced services like groups and such.
Also recommend you ask your regulars if they see any other girls. If there are a couple they like and trust to be good providers, look them up and call them yourself. They wont be mad if you use their escorting phone number or email. In fact they would probably prefer you do it that way as opposed to searching for them by their real names.

And my final suggestion is you spend some time working at a reputable service. Even if you dont stay you will make some contacts and get a feel for which girls are honest workers and which are dangerous, evil bitches. That info may not only keep your business safe but protect your well-being.
