Post on your local regional board.  They're
over on the menu on the left.

You can post ads on those boards but the message
you post needs a valid provider link which can
be one of three things: 1. TER review link, 2.
An ad from an ad mall (e.g. eros), 3. Your own
personal website (but it needs to have a TER logo
put on it).

Other, non-ad, posts do not require the link.
