After some research on here and some trial and error, I found a way to anonymously recharge my VIP.  A number of gift cards, e.g. Vanilla Visa debit, will not clear the CCbill process, but I read someone else's post about a Vanilla MasterCard BillPay card that worked for him.  This worked because the card was registered with a name (any name) and that same name was used in the CCbill transaction.  I've had no luck finding the Vanilla MasterCard BillPay card, but yesterday I picked up something called the MasterCard Priceless card.  This card offers an optional online registration process (for e.g., Internet purchases requiring cardholder name, etc.).  I logged into the MasterCard site, entered the required information (no SSN or driver's license number required) and it worked beautifully with CCbill.  Of course, YMMV, but this worked for me.  The only thing I didn't do that would have further promoted anonymity was to spoof my IP/MAC address.  Happy to be back in the VIP again!

Most banks also offer prepaid visa gift cards.  You don't need to provide your information to purchase one, and the one I used on here worked.

I'm sure we can not say the names of the stores here, but is it okay to ask What Type of Store to find these cards at?

Also, do you know if I'm able to send funds to another person with the same kind of card, maybe online?

One more question.... Do they work at an ATM if you want cash back on a later date?
