I would say yes,it's an official lost cause and call someone else who wants your business.2 reasons for the delay:Either she was in some bad car wreck on the way there,requiring her to go to the hospital and not being able to make it or the most likely scenario,she blew you off.My money is on the second one.

In LV trying to set up massage only. Called a provider listed on TER. Reviews say she was late... I called to set up outcall and was told about 30 min. Was told to make a second call when I got to my room and we spoke again. It's been 2 and a half hours now. Wait longer? Lost cause?

I would never wait on anyone that long. Why should you have to basically beg and cater to someone YOU are paying? Next...

I have a 30 minute rule with communication from the provider. I'll stretch it to 45 minutes if she continues to communicate and has GREAT reviews.  I'm usually waiting nearby since I prefer incall, so it makes it easier for me to move on.
