What does it mean when the message posted is in red?

The red text identifies anyone who has moderator status on the board.
To be selected as a TER discussion board moderator you must look like Brad Pitt and you must be hung like Mr. Ed.

Hmmm...everyone has been saying the new board software doesn't show previously viewed threads in red. I'm color blind so don't ask me.

But it made me smile 
I've only used classic TER a few times when I first found this place in May. When the title moves to the next page it's no longer is red, unless you view it again.
