All the ones I have asked references from have been able to accommodate.. You may want to give them the heads up that you want to use them first. That may speed the process up!
on the agencies some do and some won't. Also,keep in mind some independent providers will not take a reference from some agencies and some will. I am independent but I will only accept references from certain agencies.
