It is OK to identify her. Then someone may be able to help.  

There are a providers with "no review" policies.

Well the lady indicated that she prefers it this way and I wouldn't want to identify her (just respecting her wishes). Hence hoping that there would be some way to find more information.

Do understand your point. How can people assist with 'this' provider if I don't identify her.

Try google search using her phone number and email address, if given.  You can often find reviews that way, which may not have been linked to her 411 account.   But, if no reviews, I'd pass. Just my .02

Not every lady wants to be reviewed, so you have to respect that decision.  Some have even elected to be delisted from here for that reason.  Others may have a review on a different site.  Could be a myriad of reasons.

I know of 2 providers in my home area who are on P411 but delisted here on TER.

They had reviews here at one time, but chose to delist so now you wouldn't be able to find any.  

So maybe inquire about the lady on your local Regional Board?

Thank you all our input. Finally got some information on her based on data from 411.  

Guess no matter what one does, the information seems to be out there. Good or bad thing I don't know :-)
