I want to see another hobbiests sets reviews but all I have is the user name.
Is it possible to do so?

Then, under "other", click on "search by reviewer" in the drop down menu.  Then enter the reviewer's handle.

Of course, you'll need to have VIP to do this.

All three methods mentioned above work very well. The easiest of course, is to click on the number under the username of a poster if you know this person posts on the boards. Finding it through the provider's profile also works well if you know this person reviewed a certain provider.  

The search by reviewer method also works well, but is actually the most complex way. Not that it's terribly difficult, but it does require the most clicks, and you have to know the exact spelling of the username. If you type it in wrong you will not get the results you are looking for. However if the person whose reviews you are looking for doesn't post on the boards and you don't know any providers he/she reviewed, then search may be your only method.

Search also works if you are looking for reviews by an alias. When someone posts using an alias, there is no review link under their name, but if they have reviews under that alias you can find it by searching.
