It would probably be considered an ad. Post it on your local regional ad board....If you are looking for someone to do a double with you, you might get away with it on the ISO board.
It would have made it easier if I knew I don't want to make it seem like I'm fishing, although, it's a gift for my SO not anyone for business if that makes sense.
I moderated that board for a few years and I would have let a post like that stand as long as you were clear about your intentions.
Just remember subtlety does not play well here on TER, be sure to make at least two disclaimers that you are posting as a paying customer, not a hooker trolling for business and you should be fine.
