You don't know until you ask. I'm usually showered and ready when a client gets here so IF I shower with a guy it's afterward. Whether she'll ask extra or not depends on the provider.

You might need to schedule a longer meeting to have fun n the shower and then preceed to the bedroom.

However, I would say showering is normally shared at the end of a session with most other providers. I've had great fun with ladies at the end of a date. Also done solo showers at end of sessions as well.
It's rare for shower play in the beginningof a date, since many of the ladies have taken the time to do their hair, put on make up, are wearing a sexy outfit.  Also once the door is locked, many guys are ready to rock and roll bcd.
However, if a lady suggests you take a shower, or you don't feel as fresh as you normally do, I would definitely suggest jumping in the shower before playtime. If you want to ask her  to join you, why not.  Also a word of caution, assume your shower time either at the beginning or end of your date is on the clock.

Just let her know before your date that you would like to incorporate this into the date, and I am sure that most gals would be very accomodating with this request.  Those that you didn't ask beforehand might be a tad more hesitant since make-up and hair takes time to prepare for a date.

It is quite common to shower with a provider at the beginning of the date. I do it often and I let the lady know ahead of time usually. I request that they wear no make-up so the shower won't ruin things. Occasionally I ask after I have arrived. Most of the time they say yes but sometimes hair and make-up cause them to say no. No big deal. I like the shower time because, as you say, it's fun. There was one provider I saw where the shower was so "hot" it could have been a session on it's own.
I believe it would have to make both parties more comfortable about being clean and that can only improve things.
I wholeheartedly recommend adding the shower to the session if you're so inclined. No provider has ever turned me down flat. When they declined due to hair and make-up they made it clear they would the next time.

Tijuana has several "love motels".  Each one I have visited has a large shower instead of a combination bath/shower.  The smallest fits two people; the largest I estimate could fit 4-5, though I have never had the opportunity to test my estimate.

I love to shower with a lady. Nothing is sexier than water on beautiful skin. However I have had mixed experiences. Most have been great, however there was one lady who was afraid of being in the water with anyone else (said someone dropped her in a pool when she was a child.) BTW, the rest of the experience wa really good.
As with any other activity, always check with the lady first. It's up to her to decide what she is willing to do, and of course so that she can plan if it's a "yes."
