I'm trying to break into the hobby, and being a newbie and all I'm not sure of the easiest way to get the ball rolling. Does it help to break the ice if I meet her in the bar of the hotel (or something along those lines) just so she can make sure I'm not a complete nut? Or is a business-as-usual attitude a little more favored, where she meets me at the room? Since I'm new and can't give a provider reference, I want her to be comfortable and have time to check me out and all that. Thanks in advance.
Remember that she is a pro and has probably been doing this awhile now.Let her take the lead.Contact her,tell her you want to meet her without being too graphic.If she's uncomfortable with you,she'll let you know.If she needs references,you may have to look elsewhere first,until you can build yourself a reference base.You also can ask the very same question you're asking here to her.Just be honest and polite....it may be easier than you think!
