Dude, if you have seen her before then don't even think about not asking. She knows you, you aren't LE and it is perfectly fine to ask. Heck, she will be delighted that you want another visit.

Now as for the rate. It should go down/hour some for multiple hours. For instance I saw a lady recently who's one hour rate was 200 but her two hour rate was 350 (a 50 dollar discount in the second hour). This seems to be the norm for ladies reducing the hourly rate a little for more than one hour.

Now don't be shy, and ask away. She won't bite unless you want her too!!!!

If you have seen her before, I say ask when you book the appointment. If it isn't clearly stated on her website, there is no way to know how much to leave.
I usually ask when making an extended appointment.

Only caveat is don't word it in such a way that you are looking for or expecting a discount for extended play time.

I would not ask her in any PM or E-mail.  However, I would bring up the issue in the next one hour appointment.  Usually you get a price break with longer appointment.  However a few ladies only want short appointments. Hence, they don’t have an incentive to give a price break.

Never assume the amount on her TER review is current. That was the donation on her first review. It could have gone up or down since then.

You have met once, ask her.  You can ask in an email, if that is your primary communication with her, "what is your rate for x hours?"  Just don't ask about specific sex acts.

BTW price should not be a "touchy subject" to her,  she is a professional, and expects payment.

I enjoyed your company so much last time we met that I find that 1 hour simply isn't enough.  What could I expect to pay for 3 hours of your time?
