Somewhere I read that k-organizations in LA that advertise on CV are not accepting new clients, and are doing just fine with their current clientele. To make matters more complicated, in order to access LA talent, one has to have 2 references, but these refs must be from within the LA community.

I have read elsewhere on the boards that advises to sign up with P411 and Date Check. Do the k-orgs rely on such services when one is empty of references? If this is not so, what other alternatives are there to breaking through in LA? Are there certain SPs that is recommended to help serve as references?

Try posting there. however,  try and find a k girl indie. go thru her screening and then write a review of her. K girl bookers will take refs from k girl indies. To find a kgirl indie to an escort search and see a good one with lots of reviews.  Also, you need to start writing reviews, bookers monitor TER, the fact that you don't have any reviews hurts your chances of seeing a k girl with a booker. And you need to be nice to the booker, keep trying, eventually you'll succeed.  

I hear "breaking through" these suckers is a real bitch.
