END OF MESSAGE

I've been in contact with a well reviewed provider, since my ref's are few she has asked for my home phone # as a way of verification . I expect she'll Google it and see what comes up.  Good or bad move ?Whats the consensus ?  And can I ask what she does w/ personal info ?

and if you have no references or no recent references, you have to recognize that the provider has to feel safe about you.

If you don't feel safe doing it, move on to someone else.

When I started, my first lady asked me my home phone.  I presume she did reverse look up on it to confirm I was who I said.  As she stated, she'd not EVER call it & didn't.  I still see her from time to time.
You have to be willing to give some information to get verified.  What information can vary.

Okay, doing a reverse phone number lookup only confirms that you are who you said you are.  It doesn't confirm that you're not LE.  So I don't see how that works.

That would be a big influence on whether or not to give her your home phone.  If you are single, live alone, should not be a big deal.  Not sure if I would do it if there is someone else who uses the phone in your home.

Every lady has her own methods of screening, if you are not comfortable move on.
