Cops doing anything to make an Arrest including using Drugs and Alcohol? Cops usually have a Hotel Room set up with an undercover acting as a Hooker. I highly doubt Cops would Stake out a Hotel Room just to watch a Girl and see how many Guys walk in. Sounds like Minnesota LE don't have anything else better to do. Or this Law Firm is trying to drum up Business by spooking Providers and Clients to hire them. I hope Minnesota's Court System isn't as Bad as their LE.
That is EXACTLY what they do! If LE gets a report from a hotel about people going in/out of a room, they stake it out, watch the comings and goings, and then try to match an ad to a location. They'll set up a "date" and then bust the girls shortly upon entry to the room.
Actually, in many places, LE won't even wait for a complaint - they'll troll backpage when they're down on arrests, or feeling pressure to be tough on crime. And, they often don't even need to engage in any touching at all - simply using the girl's ad and a "what do I get for that" or "is BBBJ on the table?" they can make an arrest.
And no, rural LE don't have anything better to do. So stick to big cities where they're too busy dealing with real crime to be bothered with the girls.
Yup. And go to certain cities, LE will go through with the appointment, & then arrest the lady afterwards. In one particular city, it is stated in the Vice's "handbook" that they are allowed to do "whatever necessary" to get the arrest..they just need to explain to the judge afterwards why they had to receive that BJ or FS.
And it's not just rural LE that has time on their hands doing this..it's big cities too. Why? This is one crime where it is most often a large ticket when the lady is arrested(at least for 1st offense)....and most providers pay off the fine(unlike other crimes, where all LE gets to do is lock them up....there's no revenue in that).
