Iam concerened obout the LE check... what is it it need to do or ? help

Some say that if you touch the providers privates, or vice versa, and they do not pull away, then they can't be LE.

LE and and does do just about anything they have to to set up a sting, including having sex if they deem it necessary.

Are you serious? I was always under the impression, as long as I don't touch money opr discuss it or touch him first, I was safe. You sure about this? how does LE get to have sex for a sting? How can that  be right?

They're the Police. They can pretty much do as they like. Believe me, the judge will believe them over you.

There is no "LE check", except the one where they arrest you and haul you off to jail.

The lesson here is to be careful. Guys do your research, ladies do your screening. There is a wealth of information here to keep you safe.

If it's any consolation. I have been hobbying most of the last thirty five years and I have never been arrested for it.

You don't have to go completely off the deep end, but a little commonsense will go a long way. Also remember, don't believe the crap you see on TV. There are hundreds of actual experts here on this board, take advantage of our experience.

Plus, they can say they're not cops. They can have sex with you. I've never been arrested either, most stings in my area are at hotels.

As has been stated, undercover LE can lie or just about anything else they choose, including having sex before the bust.  That said, no F/M LE is going to have sex with you.  
If you end up in the same room with LE, it's unlikely that you're gonna walk out without braclets.  The whole thing hinges on prevention, specifically sticking to well reviewed providers...  with reviewers who themselves have several reviews.  That pretty much rules out LE (sure they could put up a bogus profile & a review or 2...  but not likely...)  but the seasoned reviewers, they can not fake.

That is why I not only look at the reviews but the history of the reviewers.

Yes, I believe you do have to be a VIP to view  reviewers other reviews.  
Once a lady has her first review which reviewer sets up her profile, she should check it for accuracy then ask TER administration to link her membership to her reviews.  She gets "Limited VIP" free.  I know she can see her own reviews but not others.  I don't know if she can see a list of a Gentleman's reviews.  Oh, yes, VIP gives access to the TER PM system.  You could PM another provider...  to see if the gentleman was ok but sometimes it's hard to ID the guy.  
Paid VIP you just look & see, just like we guys do.

Providers supposedly have a limited VIP so that they can read their own reviews, though some providers have told me that they can not read theirs for some reason.  Also, I think that providers can use PM, but I'm not sure that always works either.

Don't understand why you are still moderated becasue you've been around ter for  a while according to your reviews.Have you asked the mod to unmoderate you?
If you think that LE follows their own rules you're mistaken, they have had sex with many girls then busted them anyhow! Yes it is true I know.
What you need to do is come onto the Providers Only board since you do qualify but then I'm assuming you're not on there because of the posts.
