Been studying TER, doing my research and am ready to try some of the five providers I think I will like. Since I have a lot to lose, (not that anyone wants to be arrested!) I am wondering the chances of LE intercepting info between TER and me or the chances of LE infiltration of TER (ok  sounds paranoid!) or the chances of LE posing as a provder on here, or the chances of LE surveilling a provider and catching her while I am with her.
Since I have decided I can afford hobbying once a week and look forward to beginning I don't want the experience to be diminished by worry.

I'm not saying that LE may not be in or looking into this site ... but since your only looking at TER for provider reviews .. if she's reviewed here she's most likely very safe... and since you'll be emailing her from her posted website .. LE can't get to you .. also when you call to confirm I don't think LE will be taping your phone ... go with someone reviewed here .. take precautions if you must and enjoy the incredible indies .. note I said incredible indies and not agency babes ... hobby safe hobby well hobby all you can be .......

Step back and relax or you'll never make it. If you're this nervous about it, you will never be able to perform at the session.  If you are going to a well reviewed indie I can't see where you will have a problem.

I think many of us here starting making dates long before there was TER.  I've never been arresting for speeding, buying drugs, hiring escorts or stealing glasses from bars.  Needless to say I don't feel that you'll running into any problems if you just keep cool, pay attention and have some fun.

Ever watch Cops?  All the stings involve female cops posing as street walkers who nap drive up business.  The other scenario involves guys getting nabbed in hotel/motel rooms of the provider.  I hardly believe a vice squad would be cracking down on individual girls and their clients.  Most big arrests involve madams.  If anything they might be focusing on sites themselves such as this one.  Why would they be listening to you to see if you're going pay for sex to be with a woman?  If you do fear the police listening in on your phone conversations or intercepting emails then maybe you have bigger problems.

the police don't have time to buy photos or take photos of hot girls put them up on a web site and create lots fake TER accounts that post good reviews.  I suppose they could, but it seems doubtful.  The police have and will always have bigger fish to fry.
