You should assume that a lady is loathe to reduce her rate, and most raise rates over time, so the highest rate you find is probably the one. You can ask for clarification when you contact her ("what is the donation expected for your time? I see discrepancies on various sites."), as long as you're asking about her time, not specific services.  

Also, if you actually want a reply and a fun appointment, don't try to bargain down when you see rate discrepancies.

If she wants to say that the rate is expired, so be it, but if not, then at least you are not over paying.

You can't rely of TER to be updated.  She might state the offer is expired & use the fee on her web site which might be higher.  At that point, you get to choose.

The actual girl doesn't put her rate up on Ter profile.  The reviewers do. Granted she should keep track and ter will correct if it's incorrect.  However 411 the girl herself puts rate up so I would go with 411 or ask.  Common for different rate if incall vs outcall maybe that's the issue?  I didn't realize for the first couple months as indy only my outcall rate was on my ter profile.  I know sounds ridiculous but some girls prefer not to read their reviews unless negative and in that case take as constructive criticism.  Someone commented on my website vs profile and only then did I realize and contact ter.  The girls cannot touch any part of their profile have to write to ter and they change information.
