So I've been doing some research on this hobby and thought of giving it a try. It's always fun to try something new right? Anyways, I've read most of the Newbie's Manual and learned how basic procedures should go down.

My question is regarding the screening and reference section.

So if I'm currently a full time student with no employer, what are typical methods that I will need to provide for the references or to pass the screener? Maybe a student id photo? I'm just curious since I don't have an employer.

First of all, as a student you are waaay below the minimum age most providers are interested in.  Many will only deal with men over 40. They don't need to deal with the immature bullshit many younger men are prone to. For the right person (mature-sounding, respectful) they may relent.  I'm talking about the real pros, not the Backpage girls, who are a great risk in many ways (B&S, LE, etc., etc.). I won't touch them, so get advice from others here on how to deal with them.  Otherwise, you probably need to register with a screening service like P411 or Date-Check.  Try P11 first because they have a phone # you can call and deal with problem #2 -- you don't have a work # they can call to verify, so you'll have to give some other personal info.  This is uncomfortable but you'll need to do it.  They are pros and you'll have to trust them if  you want to play.  Once you're registered on P411 you can look for "newbie-friendly" girls.  Once you've seen one a couple of times, ask her to OK you.  Then you're a Basic Plus One and you're on your way. There's lots more and I'll let others jump in, but this is the basic stuff.

I actually just went through this.  Well, sort of.  I freelance so I don’t have any regular employer.  It was actually painless but you’re going to have to give up more info than you may be comfortable with, but that’s dependent on your risk/reward.

I went through P411 and they were very nice.  You can email them and ask for specifics, but they just wanted copies of a few documents basically showing certain info (phone number, age, and ANY history of employment...but in your case, not sure what they'll say).  I was able to black out some info on the paperwork I sent in so there’s still SOME anonymity.  

Contact them, it’s not that scary.  I was weirded out by the whole thing at first but in the end, it couldn’t have been simpler.

K girl screeners prefer references from other k girls or their screeners.  Most don't care about p411 or date check.  Just start dialing, you may get lucky.

You're a full time student? Unless you're in a seminary or something like that you are surrounded by so many available women that I encourage you to seek your fortune in the real civvie world.

As far as references go, maybe you can ask one of your profs for a letter of recommendation.

I'm serious about the civvie suggestion. I'm joking about the letter suggestion.

Haha, I actually don't have a problem meeting girls on campus. Just always thought it as a fun fantasy to get with a attractive lady that is slightly older in my age group (21+).

Most of the girls in my social scene are all 18-20 and always wanted to spice things up a bit.

Now another honest question..

I've called a few k-girls on here that have had recent December reviews. However, more often than not no on picks up and the voice mail is full. I am making sure my # is not blocked. Any ideas why this might be?
