I am going to be going to La Vale close to Cumberland. Can't seem to find anything around there. When I look up Maryland most reviews are a year or more old. Should I probably stay away from those?
Your best bet would be to search for Hagerstown, MD or Morgantown, WV. You might get someone to do outcall to LaVale ... or you could travel, the interstate makes travel quick.
Also do a search on the DC board for the past year. There are providers who travel in that area.
