Newbie - FAQ

Krista, you might want to consider changing the font in your blog . . .

to something more "standard" and easy to read.  I enjoy reading escort blogs, and have contacted several providers based on what I have learned about them from their blogs.  And, as a "dog person" and an owner of a dog breed that also has a "reputation", I enjoy reading what you have to say.  However the font you are using makes it very difficult to read quickly.  I know you probably think it makes your blog more individualistic, but I would think you might want to make it easier to read, and leave the individualism to what you have to say.  Just my 2 cents.

Do any of the hot Provider ladies keep a blog? Or do any of you have a favorite Provider blog that you read? I love a great provider website and I love it when the ladies write about their experiences providing. It actually makes the lifestyle more fun for me. I have a lot of free time on my hands these days thanks to a recent divorce so reading about life in the hobby has become a sort of hobby [no pun intended, lol] for me and occupies a lot of my time. I am in the hobby less than a year so still a newbie. I thought here might be a good place to post. Seems like the General Board would have met this post with a lot of cynical smartass responses to a simple question.

That should keep you reading for a long time. Also e blogs.  Many escorts have links to their blogs on their web site. I like an escorts site buffalocharm.com  This escort has wonderful primer for escorts that is also valuable for clients as well.

I love updating my blog and I know it usually pays off. People can read almost a book's length about me, which is a nice supplement to my ads and website and it adds a personal touch. My site is meant to show rates, answer FAQ's etc...but my blog is just a nice venue for self expression, I truly enjoy doing it.

There are some that show the ladies to be fairly bright and literate.

Others expose the ladies as being (ahem) somewhat less than literate, and make you glad for P4P so they wouldn't be on the public dole.

I especially love the blog of a certain lady that has already responded to this thread. The level of drivel which drools from her blog is simply mind boggling. Sort of on the level of the drunken sot going on about how his wife ran off with the milkman's wife's dog.

There are many ways to show your intelligence, or lack thereof, but nothing compares quite like an escort that advertises on an escort review site denigrating her own client base on her blog.

Personally, I avoid them like the plague. The last thing I want is for anyone to know about the random firing of synapses between my ears.

Thanks for the suggestions! I will check that out. I have found a few blogs which really give the hobbyist pause. One in particular seems that she overall really hates men, hates providing, hates TER hates everything but likes the money. I like the blogs because I love hearing about the hobby from the provider perspective.

I'm intensely private, and very protective of my clients' privacy, so there's nothing very salacious. I do get occasionally snarky and/or distribute unasked for advice, though. ;)

Some of the other blogs I enjoy reading are linked in the column on the right. Not all are by ladies, but they're all related to the biz in some way.

I've added yours and all your links into google reader,  great stuff.  The only one I could not add was Red Diaries - the reader did not like it for some reason.

So that's possibly why you weren't able to add it to your reader. Well worth checking occasionally, though -- I love her way with words.

Thanks for the add! I apologize in advance for the corny jokes. ;)

Hey Guys!
Check out my blog I only have a couple posts-I'm a newbie

Mr. F, I need some major and reasonably respectful advice about blogging from you. I've taken down my entire blog minus the pictures, and I've lost a huge amount of confidence thanks to this thread. I pretty much plan to take time off and completely rethink my approach to this work, I'll probably even have to change my name and even location, despite my good reviews.

All he will say is that your blog is the greatest piece of literature he has seen. All you will hear is fluff.
