Does anybody here know how to edit an approved review? I can only view my own reviews.. not approve. I had a brain cramp and accidentally typed the wrong first name in the free type space and I'd like to change cause it's kinda confusing.. and the woman was awesome... she deserves a factually correct review..
I was told by someone I asked to change an inaccuracy in a review that Staff said that you cannot change an approved review unless there is danger in the inaccuracy to the provider or client. In that case, I suggested to the reviewer why there was danger involved and the review was changed.
