Got verified with Korean Palace with my work phone number, which I realize doesn't produce the same number on caller ID, so they wouldn't give me an appointment. Asked them 3 times to change to my cell phone #, but have not heard back. The appt. scheduler and the verification people (who you cannot communicate with) are completely separate, which is frustrating. Suggestions?
How did you ask them? By voice mail or in person? Because if you got to them in person I would have expected you could clear up the glitch.
1) Send an email to them if you have an email address and explain. 2) While you're doing the above, call your verification service. They all have people answering phones for help--maybe not on Saturday, I don't know. Ask them if they will contact your agency and explain. YMMV because sometimes they will contact them even if they aren't part of the verification service's membership to help you out with your glitch. The reason they probably didn't respond to your explanation was there phone is ringing off the hook.
