Does each one stand for a specific activity? I read where someone said a certain provider was "only" GFE+++ because no Greek was offered. Does the fourth + stand for Greek, what do the others mean?

Your definition of GFE is the same as mine. No. 1 for me there must be passionate kisses to qualify for GFE. No. 2 she must be responsive to me sexually, i.e. no fake orgasms etc..
