One of the biggest complaints we have heard about the message boards is the time it takes for a moderated user to get his or her post on the board. We were listening. No more waiting around for hours or even days for your posts to be approved. TER now has an in house message board support group 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to make sure your posts go up in less than 15 minutes!

WOW..When I saw that my reply to a posting was published within 5 minutes, I was surprised and very pleased. So not only do you guys (and gals?) publish postings within 15 minutes, you are also publishing replies just as fast.Keep up the good work.
