You'll find a HUGE range of what provider's want or need to feel comfortable. If they want more info than you are comfortable providing, move on to another.
Not me specifically, but someone who was interested in reserving a date with you for a night of play, what would they need to have in place before you would do them the honor?
Before you tell me he'll need to have a bunch of reviews and references from other providers, that's not what I'm looking for... what if he was totally brand new to the hobby, what information would he need to give you to make you feel like he's okay to see?
I have a friend (yes, I have friends) who wants to see a lady but he has no reviews and no references. He wants to know what the lady will ask for during screening except I don't know what to tell him as I use an agency and they didn't really need much from me when they "verified" me.
