When i log in, it shows i have Basic Member status. If I look at my profile, it shows that I have temp VIP status (I have several reviews on site) but when I look at a review, I cannot access the VIP information. How do I change this?
Try clicking on account manager (above) Then edit my profile which will be to the left. At the bottom of the screen it will show how many days of vip you and the type. You can also try the clicking on the contact us at the top of the page and asking ter adm. You should get credit for days for approved reviews.
