Last night had a gentleman partaking and he somehow bite just tiny bit of flesh on the outside of my lips. Hurt like hell. This morning I found i have a blood blister where it happened. Do I open it or just leave it alone?

I know that if I were exploring your fleshy folds with my tongue and found a dark red bump, I'd think it were an STD, and I would consider any break or weakening of the skin to compound the risk of AIDS....

Personally, I would lance it and drain it, then wait for the area to be completely healed.

Next time ask the guy to set his dentures on the night stand before he starts...

You may want to keep a Crusifix, a wooden stake and some garlic handy just in case this guy does this to ladies on purpose!

I'd sterilize a a sharp object (like a tack) and pop it.  Heals faster that way....and looks better.
