As a newbie, you are moderated, so your posts don't show up until a moderator has read it and approved it. It can take 24 hours for your posts to show up.

Other than that, I can't help you much with navigation. It is fairly straight forward. Some esoteric things you just have to know where they are.

OK, you are new to TER, and yes TER is a bit different from other sites.  The profiles here are client driven, and provider ads are in the discussion boards.  So here is how TER works:

1)  See the list box to the left under where it says REGIONAL BOARDS?  This where providers can post an "ad" every seven days with her availability details, and a link to her site - IF it displays the TER badge of banner.

2)  To upload photos, your photo still has to already be "hosted" on the web.  A link to any uploaded photo to any message you may have posted will work.  Just post the complete link to the photo in the picture URL field of your post.  If you haven't uploaded any photos yet, photobucket.com looks to be a good FREE alternative.
