Some profiles do have more than one name ("Alice / Jessica") if they use more than one name or had simply changed names and want to be searchable by their old name.

If someone wants to change their name, they can keep their TER ID# AND reviews and just change the name. I can think of one example of that (an indy in NYC): ALL of her reviews are still there (text with the old name: "I met Xyz at her place ...") but her profile with original TER ID # only has her new name and you can't find her with name searching her old name.

Another guess is that your gal had more than one name and maybe even ended up with more than one profile.  Then she decided to drop one name and keep the other.  Then she asked admin to consolidate her reviews but under one name.

If a provider asks to be delisted completely, I think her entire profile goes away (even the TER ID #) and her reviews disappear from gents that reviewed her.  (If you had 9 reviews including her and she delists herself, you now have 8 reviews.)
