Hello, here is my noob question:

I am all set to go with my first lady, a well-reviewed, high-quality woman who I picked out with the help of her TER Reviews. Can't wait.

My question is, is it good etiquette to make the donation in large denomination bills, probably $100s? It would make a smaller package, easy to count.

On the other hand, merchants resist taking large bills, and maybe a bank clerk's knowing look at a pretty woman repeatly depositing pictures of Mr Franklin would make one uncomfortable.

But I never give more than a 50 since that's the
largest denom the ATM gives out.

Bank clerk?  What's that? Any transaction,
including deposits, can be done with an ATM.

I generally go thru the drive thru to make deposits after banking hours.

Larger bills are easier to count quickly.. although..it really doesnt matter.

Let me give you some. Don't deposit cash into an ATM.

There's a note at the bottom of your stub that says "acceptance subject to audit." That translates to the following: "if one of our underpaid employees lifts a bill out of your otherwise unseen ATM deposit, it will be on you to prove that you put the bill in the envelope in the first place."

I had a bank argue with me for six months over being shorted five dollars by an ATM. In the end, I was out five bucks.

You could always be non-denominational and wish her a happy holiday.  Just don't write a check.

EZ to count, cause well ok for me counting from 1 - 10 is ez and if I  gotta count from 11 - 20
then I have to take off my shoes and socks and if i gotta count to 21 well...................
