I will use email to initiate communication because she is more likely to see it right away and explain I'd like to see her again along with some general details. I then tell her to check her TER PM's for more specific info.

ask if she has a female friend that might like to join you.  As posted above, specifics are always best discussed in private, not on phone, text, or email.  If there are other services listed on her website that are on her menu, make a date with her, then you can discuss them while you are there with her, privately.  We just have to be very careful for the safety of all concerned.

There is no reason for him to spend another several hundred dollars, just to get her alone to ask her if she is willing to do something that will cost him several hundred dollars more.

She knows he's not a cop, she has already fucked him for fucks sake, and TER PM is not going to stay or her or his server to be used as evidence someday.

I would suggest he choose his words very carefully, something along the lines of "I was wondering since we already know each other if it would be ok to ask you for something specific that I would like for us to do together the next time we see each other, if not by email, perhaps by TER PM, would that be okay with you? BTW I am looking forward to seeing you again sometime soon"

Funny how it's considered "safer" on TER than over email but this is a fuck board after all.  But then it can also be an illusion of discreetness,  or the fact that we're showing we're keeping some stuff off email that shows more respectfulness of the matter.

When you are naked and having the session the best advice is to put your Big Boy pants on and if you have something you really want to do to or with her don't be too shy to ask. Just get the courage up and ask her. More times than not they are just fine with it
