at least the traveling ladies I've seen. Most traveling providers, if they have higher rates for certain cities will have it on their web site.  You might want to check the web site to make sure you didn't miss it.

We can't change our profile on TER every other month, so if she did not indicate a different rate, I would go with what is on her profile or website. My rates change when I travel, but they are also listed for EVERY state on my website, and I reiterate that by posting the rates again in my ads. Hope that helps. In any case, it is Ok to ask about rates...just not about RATES AND SEX together.

can't find a traveling rate, you may want to ask her if her rate is the same in (name of city she is traveling to).  Don't ask, "Can I still get laid for $$$?"

When you see all the warnings to never discuss rates, this means don't discuss rates AND service. (i.e. "how much for a BBBJ?") You also shouldn't ask about rates if they are clearly defined on her website and add (because that means you are not paying attention).  

In this case simply ask, "What is your rate while you ae in xxxx?" or "Are your rates while touring here the same as your home rates?"
