It is not automatic, you have to ask.

If you have asked and not gotten any reply (Did you check in your account manager?)  then keep writing until you do.

Your request could have fallen through the cracks, so check back and inquire again every few days until you get an answer.

you are a recognized provider since you have reviews.  As previously mentioned, it might depend on which member of the site admin is evaluating your request.  Other than that, I have no idea why you have not been granted access to the PO board.  Just keep on doing what you are doing, seeing clients, getting reviews, posting on boards, and eventually you will be allowed access to the board.

I agree with the suggestion to contact admin and ask directly.  Admin does not share how they run the site, so none of us really know what goes on behind the scenes, we can only speculate.

Ive been told that they want 4 reviews and I need to show that I am active on the boards. When I asked about this before, I was probably not as active, but I am should probably ask again.
