To make a long story, short, my excessive jacking off was making it harder (no pun intended) to get a hard-on during my sessions.  People here made the simple suggestion of refraining from spanking it for considerable time before seeing a provider.  Well this advice was the best advice I could have gotten, as it made my last session so much more enjoyable.  

Having a Kindle fire to read at night, while in bed, is VERY helpful in this area. LOL!
