If a client updates his review does it replace it, update it or go in as a 2nd review from the same client?   Do clients update much?  Thanks.

you can only do another review if you have something new to add, like a new service. And that the new review replaces the old one.

There is no doubt more to it, I have yet to try doing that.

It must be totally re written, mine went from an in call experience to an out call experience. The juicy details were also very different. The updated review replaces the original and you do not get any VIP credit days for the updated review.
