Your first reference can make, or break you in the hobby.  Here are some tips:

1)  Make your time with her memorable.  Do, or say, something unexpected.  Give her a gift, I don't mean cash, or anything expensive!!!

2)  Remember what was on her mind when you saw her.  My first reference was from a lady, a Canadian immigrant, who had just got her green card, my remembering this led to a very successful 2nd visit, and a great reference.

3)  Ask if she will be willing to provide you a reference, and THANK HER when she does!!!

was to not have to deal with all the dating BS. I guess that is why I don't see providers who reqire references.

...but my 18 years experiece in the hobby tells me that your no reference required policy means that you are missing alot of the top class providers.
