New to this forum and I'm sure this has been talked about before, but just what does "private viewings" mean? I see the prices are about one-third less than full service. Any touching/kissing allowed?
my experience (signficant number), at PV there is ways mutual touching, kissing, at least a HR, sometimes DATY (for an upsale price), sometimes FS (usually an upsale)
