Pardon my morbid curiosity, but how do those who offer "Greek" avoid irritation and anal itch?   Disclaimer ... I've never partaken of the greek and it's never really been on my todo list.   I imagine they're going to say "lube" but even so, it seems like there would be a lot of abrasion considering the tightness of the pieces.

Anal itch is just on the outside.  The problem some folks have is that scratching it feels so good that they end up increasing the irritation.  Scratching becomes somewhat addictive.  

To quote the doc "It is also well known that scratching is euphoric and gives a strong sense of relief. It is surmised that there is a component of addiction to scratching and therefore even if the itching completely resolves, sometime in the future it will most likely return."

I've had anal itch before.  It sort of sneaks up on you.  It's just as quoted by the doctor, it feels so good to scratch it -- but you pay for it later. The only way to let it heal is not to touch it.
