Sometimes a new review gets posted under a new ter profile. Does one proofile only have one review? And the other profile have numerous reviews? I assume she's using the same name, for both reviews. Than that's the situation. Usually a hobbyist who knows the lady will submit a problem report to consolidate all the reviews.
It should not be a big deal if that's the case.

Not sure what is going on with what you mention but I just found out that there is or was another provider that has the same name as me and she has a TER id with the name.
I only became aware of it when someone asked why they couldn't open my website. Turns out they were on her site.
So it may be something similiar happening.

remember, TER sets up the profile when someone submits a review - the provider does not create her own profile.

There may already be an existing profile but the provider changed her phone number or email, so the search algorithm thinks its now a new person without any matches and sets up a new profile. Or her ad had expired and different one is used by new reviewer etc.

If you are sure its the same person, just notify staff via the 'report a problem' button on the profile page and include the other ID# to link them up.

Yep....I didn't even know about my first 2 reviews and my ID until someone told me I had  reviews and then I signed up and contacted TER and gave them some info and yada yada and got my profile linked to my username....I could possible have other reviews on here somewhere though lol
