It's not a question of the NDA being illegal per se....

Any one using NDA's for privacy concerns?

Sorry, but prostitution is illegal in this country and NDA's are worthless where it comes to illegal activities.

If this is a huge concern of yours, my best suggestion is to try to limit what information could ever be used against you someday.

BTW, just so you don't have to take my word for it, I have provided a link on the topic

Believe it or not, there was an article on the net of a guy who actually handed a cop one of these when he got busted for something.

The NDA is regarding information not the physical activity that could occur.

For example signing an NDA not to disclosure personal information or any information exchanged. That's not an illegal act?

It's a question of its enforce-ability.    That's what's in question here.

Also, it is not wise to go to court and testify that you were taking part in an illegal activity to boot.   You never know where things like that will end up.
