Really a suit? I Never been a suit person they feel to bulky and superfluous especially for my smaller frame and given how close to the water the meeting is going to be I was actually thinking of some Dockers a dress shirt a tie and maybe one of my jackets

If you're wearing dockers + tie + jacket, sure that will work.  You might have the dockers
dry-cleaned/pressed the day before.  If you're going to book porn stars/high end providers, you should invest in a nice suit.  You can always get it altered at the dry-cleaners, so it looks nearly tailor-made.  Good luck.  --z

Just add 50% to her hourly rate.  If she's $600 an hour, offer $900 for 90 minutes.  
I wouldn't wait too long before you make the offer.  

Most providers will give you a break on that 2nd hour.  I can usually book a $300/hr provider for $400/90min.  But with a porn star, I wouldn't try to bargain.  Just offer the full 50% extra.  Good luck.  --z
