I'm new to this hobby in great land of U S and A (Borat!) Still trying to find my first provider... When I'm looking at posts on Backpage or something and I come across a name that doesn't show up in TER (or phone number etc) how risky is it to go ahead and contact that person?
For the pro's out there: is it better to avoid the people without reviews and concentrate on those that have at least a few?
How worried should I be that almost all of the people posting on Backpage are LE?
Rather look up a few good providers in the city you are in and go from there. Most that have no reviews here are not for real. Stick with the experienced for your first provider
2 - a trusted provider "friend" recommends a lady who has no reviews yet
3 - a trusted hobbyist clues you in to a lady who does not have or does not prefer to have reviews
4 - an established highly reviewed provider goes UTR and has her profile pulled
5 - a provider who has been verified by a screening site like date-check or preferred411 bu has no reviews
and many more...
Now I agree that it is good advice for noobies to stick with established / reviewed providers but blanket statements, even if intended in good humor, are not useful...
For Newbies it is generally safer to shop well reviewed ladies at TER. I'm not saying never see unreviewed ladies, but there are many scams to separate the unwary from their donation. You really need to become educated in the ways of this hobby. Read the newbie manual. The link is at the top of this board. You should invest the time to read this board & a bit of all the others until you can answer most all the questions yourself. All this is FREE, except for your time. Notice as well there are local "regional" boards (menu to the left) where ladies can place ads. When you are ready to shop, you should invest in VIP. Believe me, the cost is way less than even one spoiled meeting. When you see someone who has your interest, you should read the reviews to be sure the menu includes what you are looking for. After you have gained some experience, circle back. Read those ads with fresh eyes. If you choose you can TOFTT with better chances of success. skb
Prime example why you should not see a provider with no reviews is evident on the most recent review left on the tampa reviews section. A provider named Kristen Skyy just got her first review on TER. Rate is 400 an hour, but if you read the review details, you will see she is nowhere near 400 services wise.
